Sarson ka Saag Using Shezan Canned Saag
Ingredients:
Shezan Canned Sarson Ka Saag
2 medium onions, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2–3 green chilies
1 tbsp ginger, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp ghee or mustard oil
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
Salt to taste
Method:
Prepare Masala:
In a separate pan, heat ghee/mustard oil.
Add ginger, garlic, and onions. Sauté until golden.
Add tomatoes, turmeric, and chili powder. Cook until oil separates.
Combine:
Stir this masala into Shezan Sarson Ka Saag (Canned). Simmer together for 10–15 min on low heat for flavors to blend.
Finish & Serve:
Top with a spoon of fresh ghee or white butter.
Serve hot with makki ki roti, jaggery (gur), and buttermilk or lassi.
