Mango Mint Cooler
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 1/2 cup mango pulp (fresh or canned)
- Shezan Chaunsa Mango Juice (1 cup)
- 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- 1½ cups chilled soda water or sparkling water (can also use plain cold water)
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: mint sprigs + lime slices
Method:
- In a blender, combine mango pulp, mango juice, lime juice, honey/sugar, and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
- Strain if you prefer a smoother drink.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the mango–mint mixture halfway, then top with chilled sparkling water.
- Stir gently, garnish with mint sprigs and lime slices, and serve cold.
